Shannon Smith-Pineiro is a lifelong resident of Fort Myers and has been a Realtor for nearly a decade. Real estate runs in Shannon's blood—her family has deep roots in the area, going back four generations on Fort Myers Beach. Her great grandfather started Pink Shell Resort in 1950, and her grandmother played a significant role in developing Fort Myers Beach. Growing up in this environment and being exposed to the industry has fueled Shannon's passion for helping others find their dream homes.
